About us

About

Futureheal reveals possible diagnoses by analyzing the clinical information of patients with deep learning and offers personalized diagnosis and treatment via the easiest, cheapest, and least invasive tool. It also enables the treatment options on 3D platforms with personalized simulations in order to explain the disease and simulate the surgical technique for physicians and patients. It creates a metaverse from the real universe for better understanding and management of the diseases.

Vision

We heal the future with the easiest, cheapest, and least invasive tools.

Mission

We aim to reach every single life globally to ensure that it gets the best healthcare it deserves.

Fetalist

Product

Artificial intelligence based personalized diagnostic decision support assistant for congenital anomalies. Fetalist reveals possible diagnoses by analyzing the clinical information of patients in the prenatal period with deep learning and word processing methods; and by evaluating the radiology images with image processing. We offer personalized diagnosis and treatment simulations with artificial intelligence technology.

Challenge

Congenital anomalies are reported as the fifth-highest cause of death according to the Global Burden of Disease study, they are shown to be the first cause of death between ages 1-4 since 2016 and second cause of death with 29% in all age groups according to Turkish Statistical Institute. Fetal surgical approaches enable the treatment of many congenital diseases that are diagnosed prenatally. However, the diagnostic process and the method of this process are challenging and limited. It is generally difficult to diagnose these diseases in utero. Since the modalities used have specific limitations per fetus; many of the tools cannot be applied to pregnant women and the ones that could be used cannot reach their optimum capacity which creates a challenging condition both for the patients and the doctors.

Solutions

The primary goal of Fetalist is to help the patients and the physicians in the diagnosis of congenital diseases mainly but not limited to congenital diaphragmatic hernia myelomeningocele, twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, TRAP sequence, CPAM, sacrococcygeal teratoma, pleural effusion, amniotic band syndrome, and bladder outlet obstruction by analyzing the clinical data with natural language processing and the medical images with image processing so that an automated clinical decision support system will decrease the human-based bias and error and present the outcomes with AR/VR technology based on personalized patient data.

Appai

Product

Artificial intelligence based personalized diagnostic decision support assistant for appendicitis. Appai reveals diagnoses and classification of appendicitis by analyzing a simple blood test of patients with abdominal pain via deep learning and offers personalized diagnosis and treatment.

Challenge

Abdominal pain constitutes 10% of emergency department visits. It still has 5% mortality and 10% morbidity. In the USA, per CDC data, 11M patients admitted to ED while 231K of them were diagnosed as appendicitis. The cost of Ap changes throughout the country $10K-35K. When we look at the details of the cost, complete blood count (CBC) is around $150, urine analysis is $30, abdominal X-ray is $150, ultrasonography (USG) is $200-600, computerized tomography (CT) is $750-1300, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan is $550-1350 and hospitalization is $1500-3500. Regardless of the innovations in the technology, the diagnosis is still based on physical examination although there are many scoring systems to help the physicians.

Solutions

Appai diagnoses and classifies the appendicitis via complete blood count, which is the easiest, cheapest, and least invasive tool. Moreover, it will decrease the cost to the healthcare system. It can be used either via the website/application or the plugin inserted into the hospital medical report system. The algorithm outreached all the current applications to diagnose the appendicitis.

2

How does Futureheal work?

Artificial intelligence-based systems work as traditional systems. The main difference is the amount of the data it utilizes. Futureheal has been trained with almost 2Tb of data which is equal to most of the experience in the world.
